$67.00
Code:TB24372
The new World Endurance Championship began in 1982. The Porsche 956 was developed as the Group C car to take center stage. The 956 dominated the races and later evolved into the 962C, which was supplied to many private teams, including works teams, and achieved numerous victories, earning it the nickname "the ultimate machine." One such example was the 962C of Brunn Motorsport of Switzerland, which competed in the 1987 race. Dressed in the vibrant orange Jägermeister livery, it competed in the World Sports Prototype Championship (WSPC) and the German Racing Masters (DRM). From 1987, three 962Cs were entered in races, and in the WSPC it took second place, beating the Porsche works team. As one of the leading privateer teams, it was a major force behind Porsche's long series of victories until the mid-1990s.
